Terms of use
Version of November 7, 2026.
In short. Duboss is an assistant that organizes what you say and a dashboard to see it all. You own what you put in it. Monthly billing through Paddle, cancel anytime. It helps you remember and organize; decisions and deadlines remain yours.
1. Who we are and the service
Duboss is operated by Hubib Group Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under number 2180721, with its registered office at Carré Chambers, P.O. Box 260, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
Duboss receives voice and text messages through WhatsApp, Telegram and the web dashboard, turns them into tasks, routines, appointments, cash entries, documents and lists, reminds you of deadlines, summarizes your day and, with your authorization, integrates with your Google account. The dashboard at painel.duboss.app shows all of this by space.
The service uses artificial-intelligence models to understand what you say. They make mistakes. That's why anything Duboss is unsure about becomes a card for you to confirm, and nothing is sent to third parties (email, message, invitation) without your approval. Still, check what matters.
2. Who can use it
People aged 18 or over with capacity to contract. By using it, you declare that the information you provide is yours or that you're authorized to use it.
3. Your account and spaces
- The account is personal, tied to your phone number and your Google account. Don't share dashboard access.
- You can create work spaces and invite people, giving each a role (owner, editor, read-only). You're responsible for what you share and whom you invite.
- Anyone invited into a space accepts these terms when they start using it.
4. What you may not do
- Use Duboss to send unsolicited messages or emails, harass, defraud, or do anything unlawful.
- Try to access other people's data or spaces you weren't invited to.
- Automate usage (bots, scripts, resale) or deliberately overload the service.
- Copy, decompile or resell the service.
If we identify abuse, we may limit or suspend the account, with notice where possible.
5. Your data and content
Everything you put into Duboss remains yours. You grant us only the license needed to provide the service (store, process, show it to you and to the people you authorized). How we use data is described in the Privacy policy. You can export and delete at any time.
6. Google account and other services
Integration with Google, WhatsApp and Telegram depends on those services and their rules. You can disconnect your Google account anytime. We're not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
7. Price, billing and cancellation
- The plan costs the amount published at duboss.app/en/precos, billed monthly in US dollars by Paddle, which acts as authorized reseller and merchant of record and issues the invoice. Taxes and the amount in your currency are shown before confirmation.
- Renewal is automatic. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard or by email; access lasts until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow the Cancellation & refunds page.
- If the price changes, we give at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from the next renewal.
- During the pilot, use is free and by invitation. We notify you before any billing starts.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service up at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance is announced when possible. Support by email at [email protected], on business days.
9. Limits of liability
Duboss is an organization and reminder tool. It doesn't replace your judgment, nor legal, accounting, medical or financial advice. We're not liable for losses arising from a missed deadline, an inaccurate transcription, or an action you confirmed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here removes rights that consumer-protection law guarantees you.
10. Termination
You can close your account anytime ("delete my account" in the chat, or by email). We may close accounts for violation of these terms, or if the service is discontinued, with 30 days' notice in the latter case and time for you to export your data.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change something meaningful, we notify you in the dashboard and in the chat before it takes effect. Continuing to use after the notice means accepting the new version.
12. Law and jurisdiction
For consumers in Brazil, Brazilian law and the Consumer Defense Code apply, with jurisdiction at your place of residence. For other cases, the laws of the British Virgin Islands apply, and the parties first seek a direct resolution.
